Prepaid wallet

Free plan

New accounts receive a monthly Free plan (20 Audio/Text + 10 Review pages; up to ~2 pages or 10 minutes of audio per report). No credit card is required for signup. When the monthly allotment is used, processing pauses until next month’s refresh or until you add wallet credit / a paid plan.

Refunds

• Failed processing: If Cleannote fails to produce a deliverable report due to a platform error, contact support@cleannote.org within 7 days for wallet credit restoration.
• Quality disputes: Report issues within 48 hours of download with the session details; we review case-by-case.
• Unused wallet balance: Refund requests for unused prepaid balance may be considered within 14 days of purchase, minus payment gateway fees, at our discretion.

Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription. You may stop using Cleannote at any time. Unused wallet balance remains on your account until used or a refund is approved per the policy above.

Chargebacks

If a payment chargeback occurs, the corresponding wallet credit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
